SolarTech Inc was founded in 1999 and incorporated in 2000. The owner, Bob Hussey, a licensed
engineer, started by installing photovoltaics on his home. Through the experience of this installation,
he formulated a business model with a primary focus on customer education. Through that process the
customer can make an informed decision on their alternative energy investment.
SolarTech Motto: REDUCE BEFORE YOU PRODUCE
Part of the alternative energy journey includes an assessment of current energy use, in order to
determine what steps might be made to reduce energy consumption. This step will not only reduce
